Highlights of Accomplishments - 1994

• Model Child Support Guidelines, “Child Support Guidelines: The Next Generation” prepared by CRC economist Don Bieniewicz, based on two-parent direct expenditures is published by Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement.
• Advocated the introduction of a welfare reform, support and visitation grants bill (H.R.4605 and S.2224) to annually authorize $10 million in access (visitation) program funding for the states.
